"Capital One cafe, an interesting idea that seems to work. Ideal if you have a Capital One CC as they offer a 50% discount on hand crafted drinks when paying with one. The seating was more than adequate and offered a variety of table options. The cups are not great, in terms of cardboard quality, and seem to leak more than they should. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted upon entering the cafe."

"I had a disappointing experience at this coffee shop. When I paused for a moment to look at the menu, the staff member taking my order gave me an annoyed look and shrugged — it felt unnecessarily rude. Later, when my drink was ready, it was just placed on the counter without any acknowledgment, and the barista walked away to make another coffee. I wasn’t even sure if it was mine. When I asked if it was the matcha latte I ordered, she rolled her eyes. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired."

"Come here all the time and depending on who's there determines whether ill have a good or bad experience. On my recent experience i was waiting in line from 553 and was told when i finally got to the register at 559 because of an error the cashier made with another customer that they wouldn't serve me and that they were closed. I work in the industry and understand wanting to go home, but i wasnt ordering anything complex. Perhaps the sign should say closed at 550 instead of 6pm to avoid people wasting time waiting in line."
