"Open 24 hours with both inside dining and drive through service. I really, really, really want to like this place more than I do. It is convenient. But the staff is slow and disinterested, so even with no one there, the wait can be long. The White Castle app often fails miserably, making a quick visit take a long time. The food is the typical White Castle food, a mixed bag of bad for you goodness that sometimes hits the spot, especially late at night. Chicago used to have many more late night options. Now there are very few. Without much competition, White Castle wins simply be being open."

"I ordered food on the White Castle app to pick up in the drive thru. Communicated that we were there to pick up our order. After 10 min of waiting at the window they informed me my food was given to a delivery driver and that my food would have to be remade. They informed me that I would have to come inside and reorder the whole meal after sitting at the window for 10 min. I mean why even have the option to order on app. Poor management and leadership. I understand that mistakes happen but after someone sitting there waiting you would think that common sense would be applied"

"Grew up eating White Castle burgers so we had to stop to get a few of them to relive childhood memories. There was one car ahead of us for drive thru service. It did take 5 minutes or so to get the three hamburgers. Still good! Liked the bite sized sliders. Yummy. If we are in Chicago area, we will definitely get the burgers again."

"We went while on vacation and it was our first time eating here. We went in an ordered our food. The floors we so sticky we were peeling our shoes off with every step. The bathroom was just as bad. Got our food and left. Food was okay but not much to talk about. Don’t think I’ll eat White Castle again. I had only ever tried it from the freezer department at the grocery store and that’s exactly how it tastes when you eat at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly."

"I'll never patronage this place again, I should have known better when I saw who was behind counter. I got the sloppy joe combo since there were several posters advertising it. The fries were cooked possibly 30 seconds in oil. See pic if you doubt that. The tables were dirty as well (on the one day I hadn't brought wipes)😵‍💫 I'm glad I only wasted $6 !"
