"Machines are tight. People are rude."

"Beyond upset I got a total of 3 old $100 dollars bills from spending my money at this establishment from the A.T.M machine after winning I inform the host Rodney who was on duty at that time .He called it in .That night I wasn't the only person who had the same issue which Rodney was formed I showed him the 3 hundred dollar bills he made a suggestion that I could go next door to hoots to try they machines or ATM while failed .The original call he made was about 6pm Ruby came on duty she called 2 times after that during her shift.Bottom line they looked at tape said I left the store so if they looked at tape they should of saw that showed the bills to Rodney before leaving the store .They lied said they were coming out I was there from 5:30pm until 12:39am Bottom line they lied about coming but they sent a guy out to look at the ATM for another customer who didn't get her hundred dollars she was told to come back next week .I tried to talk to the tech that came out he was rude told me he don't have nothing to do with that .Ruby and Rodney are great hosts but the above management who they have to report problems too are big liars .And for me to sit all that time to be told a made up story about a tape was straight bull.I truly expect a explanation for this .if I play my money in there I expect to receive money I can use back at the same place I been coming there for years.Even after that episode I sill was stuck with old money that might be real or not .Bottom line big liars from above .Called the number and left my name as well .Hope someone gets back to me"
