"Stopped for a bite and ordered a puffed pastry filled with Parmigiana and spinach. The person behind the counter asked if I would like it warmed. I did, and I was sorry. They microwaved it...it was soft & soggy! They should not offer if that is how it's heated. This was my 2nd stop the first time I had the Waldorf chicken salad. That was good."

"We walked in and were immediately greeted. The ladies at the counter were super kind and sweet when explaining what kind of pastries they had. They brought our order to the table. They have a variety of pastries from chocolate croissants, blueberry lemon muffins and cinnamon rolls. They also have a variety of coffee cold and hot and smoothies. Super cute placed in the downtown area of Crystal Lake. Definitely coming back!"

"I understand that restaurants get busy, but good service is about more than speed — it’s about treating customers with respect. Sadly, this visit didn’t reflect that. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on training their team, because the food has potential — but the experience just wasn't enjoyable.this situation happened today and I definitely reach the management next week on Wednesday"
