"This place has some of my favorite food. I would recommend the mixed berry bowl along with one of their frozen bowls. You can't go wrong with any of their wraps either. They often post BOGO deals on the Uber Eats app, so place an order there and pickup!"

"I love Tropical Smoothie, and usually order 1 or 2 times per week. Unfortunately I placed an online order today and it went to a chicago location (my mistake, but an honest one). I noticed when I went to pick up my order, I spoke to the manager/owner who was working and explained the mixup and requested if they could help me out and make the order. They flat out told me no, and stated they cannot help me because they wont make any money from me. Most respectable business owners understand good customer service, however this franchise clearly doesn't value it's customers, only their profits."
