"Went for lunch on Tuesday to get the meal deal using coupon on fb. Had to try the chili because a bad review they posted. Also got an Asiago bagel and a small soda. The chili is usually ready by 9am daily and made in house. It was extremely hot so watch your tongue and it had all the typical chili ingredients. Beans, meat, peppers, onion and the chili powder kick. It was very good. The bagel I could taste the cheese immediately and it came with bonus sesame and poppy seeds on top. Store employee offered butter or cream cheese for the bagel and for the chili, cheese, onions, and sour cream if desired. Ive only had the pastries in the past which are always worth the trip. Also bought a blueberry muffin for after dinner. I would have the chili again and the bagel if I wasn’t in the mood for donuts. It was a perfect amount to get me through to dinner. Country donuts is a must stop in the area for a carbohydrate treat made fresh daily."

"Truly amazing and excellent donuts. My issue comes with the staff and wide range of service you can expect to receive. I have been making this location a regular stop over the past several months. The older staff seem to be the most customer service oriented and provide a nice and pleasant interaction. Anyone under 30 is typically flat and unfriendly. This is for both drive-thru and inside interactions. A smile and friendly hello go a super long way. I'm obsessed with their egg and cheese sandwich. I like to try out different combinations. Lately I've been adding a 2nd price of cheese, asking that the cheese not be stacked together (asking for it to be separated for a more even distribution). The 100% lack of understanding this morning really pushed me over the edge to write this review. I'm struggling to understand why the younger staff ( 2 young people) couldn't get what I was saying even with a specific example: cheese, egg, sausage, cheese. I know this is a busy place, but how people are treated from the get go really matter. Management is really not doing their job if there is such disparity in how you're treated by staff depending on who serves you. Teach your people or get new ones."
