"I came in today and ordered a raspberry danish, 3 eclairs, and 2 tiramisu for a small family gathering. Everything looked great but tasted awful. The danish tasted very old and like freezer burn. The eclairs were even worse. They tasted like a refrigerator. Also stale. The tiramisu was the only edible dessert. It was expensive and we didn’t even get to enjoy it."

"Lezza did our wedding cake and OMG it was the best cake I've ever had. We had so many guests coming up and saying the same thing. It looked amazing, tasted amazing, and they were great to work with. We've gotten other sweets from there as well and never had a bad experience."

"Embarrassed by the execution of the custom cake I ordered and extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by the store manager Kristina and owner. I was unhappy with the way my cake turned out even after the staff redid the cake. When I told this to Kristina she was extremely rude to me. She sated that there was nothing she could do about how the cake looked, and that the bakery had to finish two wedding cakes before my graduation cake and it just wasn't a priority for them to fix my cake. She was completely unapologetic and had no interest in helping me. She simply told me to just take a cake from their refrigerator. When I mentioned that I would be posting these picture and a review on Yelp she said she would have the owner call me to see what they can do. When the owner called me he yelled that I was "trying to ruin his business." Even when I explained that I just wanted them to fix their wrong he basically told me they would not be doing anything to help me."
