"Grounded: A Fantastic First Impression My first visit to Grounded was absolutely delightful! This place has such a cute and inviting atmosphere – it's truly a whole vibe that I instantly fell in love with. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. The staff were wonderful, too. For the most part, everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which really added to the positive experience. It's clear they put a lot of effort into making customers feel at home. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or a vibrant place to hang out, Grounded nails it. I had such a great time, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I'll definitely be coming back to Grounded again soon!"

"I’ve been going to grounded for over a year now and over that time my experience went from ‘I love this place’ to ‘I’d rather not have coffee’. The atmosphere is amazing if you need to work on your laptop or need a place to sit and read for a bit. However, some of the staff are just incredibly unfriendly and rude. Also, each time I’ve gone in my latte is getting less and less full. Today I paid $8 for a latte that didn’t have any syrup added despite paying for it (I watched the barista make it and she never added any) and the milk that was added didn’t reach halfway up the cup. It had two inches of foam, and even that didn’t reach the normal fill line for a cup. As a former barista myself I paid for a flavored latte and got a crappy cappuccino."

"Laid back cozy coffee shop with games and plenty of seating hi, low, couches, chairs, etc. Decor and vibe soothing. Staff reliably not burdened with attitude but rather chill, ‘normal’, knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommended."

"Cutsy coffee bar in Historic Downtown Frankfort. Not many options food wise, but if you want a simple pastry or bagel with your coffee it's perfect. Many options of flavors for hot and cold. I'm a big fan of a latte and they did not disappoint. They definitely get crowded and have waves of business."

"Loved this place, very pleasant staff, made my morning. Coffee is good so was the beagle. It has a great atmosphere, would rather come here any day over the chain joints. Sadly I don't live close and I am not out this way often but I will return next time I am in the area."
