"After yet another horrible experience at Dunkin' I remembered a friend mentioning this place. Absolutely great idea!!! Quicker, better quality (by far!) and helpful staff with great welcoming attitudes. I was having issues with deciding what i wanted having never been there yet. The young lady and gentleman helped me without any issue. Ill be coming here often. Thank you for all the help you guys! With places like this around I dont get why anyone would go to dunkin'."

Every young adult I’ve encountered that works here is very rude, not friendly or helpful, and service is incredibly slow with no care from employees. Would love to see more intention put into customer service and teaching employees to interact with guests in a professional manner to represent Higher Grounds better!"
