What People Are Saying
from Google"Jesus Christ… It’s been awhile since Maria and I had gotten some coffee and chatted so when our schedules aligned, we decided to check out this new coffeehouse in Germantown Hills. We got there on a busy Saturday and got in line as quick as we could. I don’t know if this place was busier than normal but the two people working the counter seemed extremely overwhelmed. Maria and I waited a few minutes before we were even acknowledged. As we placed our separate orders, the lady was extremely nice but, again, seemed flustered. Maria got a mocha and I snagged my usual iced americano and they had a tasty-looking apple cinnamon thingy. I snagged that since I came straight from the gym and was needing some fuel. Since it was busy, the drinks and food did take awhile to come out but we weren’t in any big rush. When they finally did get served, Maria hated her drink so much that she ended up ordering something else instead. While she hated her drink, I found my americano to be decent if not on the weaker side. It tasted good but lacked that punch I love. The little scone thing came out a few minutes after my drink and was served warm. As small as it was, it was only $1.50 and tasted super duper good. I could’ve gone for a few more if Maria didn’t get called into work while we were hanging out. The inside of the coffeehouse was very cozy. They had two of these giant coffee drinks that were super cool. See the photo below for the awesomeness. While I am not one to shy away from trying a place because it’s based on religion, I generally am not a fan of basing a business on it. So, if that is something you would struggle with, steer clear of this place because you will see it the second you walk up to the front door. I really hate to write a low score review about a local coffeehouse and I do think we dropped in on the worst day to experience Exalted. Between the long wait times to place our order (despite only having one person ahead of us when we arrived) to the flustered cashier started the visit on a wrong note. While I wasn’t the biggest fan of the americano, I really did find the interior cozy, comfy, and welcoming. Other reviews rate this place pretty high so I would definitely be willing to come back another day and see how things go then."
"Update: in case you haven't gone into Exalted yet to get yourself a dad fuel with a marshmallow cold foam you might want to grab your keys and head there! I had such a horrible headache this morning and after drinking that my head was so much better and now I'm vibrating and singing words to songs I don't know! Thanks for the great service you guys it was so great to see you today! Today marks the much-awaited Grand Opening Day at Exalted Coffee! I know a lot of people have been pretty excited to experience this new local coffee shop because most of you know how wonderful the owners are. Exalted coffee presents a comfortable and charming atmosphere. Right when you walk in you're immediately greeted by eye-catching features such as a chalkboard wall for writing prayer requests, warm inviting colors, a designated selfie corner, and a beautifully crafted custom island created by the owner himself, it's gorgeous! There is plenty of seating available for guests to relax and socialize with friends. I am excited to sample their fresh pastries, including their Triple Dipple cheesecakes, I didn't have one today because it's not in my diet plan for the next 30 days, lol! They offer a wide variety of syrup flavors, along with numerous sugar-free and gluten-free options. We ordered the sugar-free caramel iced latte and the blueberry refresher! Both beverages were delightful, although the caramel latte was particularly enjoyable for me! I love that it is a family-ran business, I have known them for over 18 years. They are incredibly kind, genuine, helpful, and eager to meet their new customers! So, stop on by, say hello, and grab yourself a cup of delicious coffee! I know I'll be back!"
"I have been in three times so far and each time was a new and refreshing experience. I continue to return and learn even more about this spot. Noticed the prayer chalk wall today and it was so nice to be a part of the community in prayer. Wonderful owners. Kind, generous and hospitable. Thank you for working so hard to bring your business to life. We will continue to support small businesses like yours! God bless!"
"Phenomenal staff & service. Delicious holiday specials! Supports others local businesses by selling bakery & cheesecake treats. Very welcoming! Love the Christian environment. Beautiful free Bibles. Will be a frequent customer!!!"
"The important stuff: the coffee is so good that I truly want to chug it, then have a second cup to savor every time. I love the staff and the home town community they are enriching. It is always fun to walk in and see people chatting and catching up like we did 20 years ago before life became to fast. While the mood says slow down and take it all in, the people behind the counter are quick, efficient, and put their best effort into making your coffee wonderful every time."
