"Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my drink. I ordered an iced black brewed (in-house) coffee and it tasted like water. No coffee flavor whatsoever. I asked for light ice and did not see a single ice cube in my coffee. I would give it 0.5 stars if I could. My mom ordered a hot americano with half and half and she was disappointed. She said it had no taste. Overall, it's a coffee shop with no seating inside or outside except for two benches. This was definitely a one time thing."

"The brie, apple, and turkey (B.A.T.) and grilled cheese (we typically add ham or turkey) are great. The chocolate cake donuts are fantastic! These also run out early, so be sure to get there before noon. The quality of products makes up for the service. At times feels rushed and unfriendly. It seems this is common feedback via the reviews here. There are a few benches in the alley that serve as outdoor seating. Otherwise, there is nowhere else to sit, including inside."

"Similarly to another review from a couple months ago— We came in at noon over the weekend to an empty cafe in an effort to support a small business and avoid the thriving one around the corner. We felt rushed by the 3 employees behind the counter while being asked “anything else?” immediately after each item ordered (drip coffee, a hot chocolate, pastries). As a positive, the coffee was made to order and the barista made the hot chocolate kids temp for our toddler. As the only customers with 4 hours until closing, the service was lackluster."

"If you want excellent coffee, or phenomenal café de olla—this is the place to stop. Whenever I’m in the area, I make it a habit to plan a visit. The customer service is wonderful, the bites are delicious, and the café experience is always tops. Highly recommended!"

"First time visiting and the customer service is a bunch of quick questions as if they’re in a rush (I was the only one there) and got my order within a minute or two. If you’re looking for fast this is the place for you! The cafe de olla is really bad, I grew up with it and what I was served was burnt coffee. Two sips and itwent straight to the trash. Coffee was burnt and I don’t believe it was brewed properly. Didn’t bother going and asking for a refund because it’s not a friendly atmosphere."
