from Google & Yelp"Nice boba restaurant in hinsdale. But they don't even have a sign on the door or top of their store. There is only a small sign along with other store signs at the plaza entrance. The place was completely empty, don't know how long they have been around but hard for people to know if there is not sign. Interiors were well done. Loved the small swing in the corner."
"Came here on a Friday night with a group of friends at around 8 pm. The place was empty. There was one very unenthusiastic lady working there who seemed to be the only employee on staff. This means she was taking our orders and making the food, which took an incredibly long time. The food is really overpriced, they even charge for dipping sauces which are nothing spectacular. Even ketchup is not complimentary. Additionally, one friend ordered a bubble waffle which was meant to come with a scoop of ice cream, however it was served with literally a spoon of ice cream and was not put together nicely at all. Two friends ordered a chicken sandwich which was served on buns that were cold. We were also looking forward to playing some of the games, however the shelf was a complete mess. Seeing as how we entered the store when it was empty, some time could have certainly been taken to keep things a bit more organized. Had high hopes coming into this place, since interior has a nice vibe and the menu items are definitely fun and creative. The best item we tried was the bowl of ramen. Definitely needs better management."
"I ordered an Oreo shake and noticed it was made using powder rather than real Oreos. When I asked, the staff confirmed there were no real Oreo pieces to the blender. It was disappointing, especially at that price $7. The fruit and flavored teas also appear to be made from powders, similar to old-style melon Chinese takeout drinks. Overall, the service lacked enthusiasm. I hope they can improve quality and customer experience."
"I was pretty excited to find a sweet store that serves bingsoo. But unfortunately it turned into a huge disappointment. I should’ve known better when the stuff asked if I want any flavored boba or popping boba or whip cream on the bingsoo. None of them belong to a good desert. Please keep them to the cheap looking boba shop wannabes. Second disappointment was that whole store was empty and it took 20 minutes to make a bowl. No heads up it might take a little bit because XYZ. Just straight up waiting there awkwardly. The biggest disappointment was of course the bingsoo itself. It was so bland and boring. The picture on the menu indicates it was shaved from a taro/ube milk ice but it’s not the case. It was just regular bingsoo, with a tiny little bit of ube syrup hidden in the middle, and some taro powder on the top. I could not believe it took that long to make. I had a few bites and just left. I strongly suggest they improve their menu. Maybe go to some good Korean dessert store to see how this is supposed to be made. Quality toppings are mandatory if you want to charge $14 for a bowl."
"The place itself is nice and clean, and offers various games customers can play. Staff was friendly as well. My issue is with the prices. It looked like everything was extra, even dipping sauces for the corn dog. The regular corn dog was shown to have ketchup and mustard in the picture when you order but came out plain. The milk tea was also nothing spectacular. They also charge more if you pay with card versus cash. Was it ok and enjoyable with friends? Yes. Will I go out of my way to come back? No."
"This was my second local stop for boba tea. Overall I loved the lighting and look of the place. Very relaxing. My only issue was I tried to ask for..."
