"Very clean, nicely laid out establishment! Welcoming environment, plenty of places to sit and Lounge with friends while gaming! Food is great too! Chicken tenders are crispy as well as Mac and cheese bites! Pizza is good too if you’re not in the mood for breaded items! They also have breakfast items like breakfast sandwiches and warm muffins!"

"I use to love coming here in the evenings when I get off work but the ladies that works night shift are very lazy and rude especially one lady Lisa. I was in there about two weeks ago I came in around 8 and was there until almost closing. After an hour of me being there she had words with another customer and I heard her saying she didn't like her because she doesn't tip well. Shortly after I went to get a snack which I had previously prior to coming in she told me we are only allowed one snack and anything after that we haft to pay, I've never had this problem here and I have been gaming here for years and not only that she places the snacks behind the counter just so you can ask her for something only for her to say you reached your limit. Today I decided to go again because I was off and I wasn't expecting to get good customer service but to my surprise they lady Mariah was very attentive and very polite and respectful. I will only be gaming during the day when I can here because night shift employees sucks"

"Love this place. It's the only gaming place that serves food and drinks. The staff is great. It has a little cafe area separated from the game area it's nice my friends and I come just to chat it's quiet and when we feel lucky we put a couple bucks in the machines. We used to go to Winnie until we found this GEM it's a great place to game and chill for adults."
