"Came to play today as always machine were reserved the employee treated us great but she’s in with the lady that is standing outside till she makes a sign to come in lady sits and right away first spin gets free spins play for a little while goes back outside employee goes to ATM withdraws money and leaves at the machine for the lady to play we all lost but one lady and employee are making bank definitely won’t be going back this is at Stella’s in lake in the hills if I lose I lose but not with skecky people like this"

"Management allows people to hold machines for a ridiculous amount of time. Recently we watched as they allowed a woman to walk in, reserve a machine and then leave to do errands and not come back for almost an hour. Another recent visit, we saw the employee reserve a popular machine for a friend/regular before they even arrived."

"Nice environment. 5 slots machines that are often times full but you can wait in a nice area with tables and a television."

"Not happy with the service ....when I been sitting there for awhile and not once asked if I would like something to drink or anything and I look over and the girl is chit chatting with someone and oblivious to customers that is not any level of customer service....very disappointing...and I will most likely not be going back....she pretty much ignored me...walked in thirsty and left the same way...this was not the first time....apparently you have to be friends with her to get a beverage .....I will take my business elsewhere"
