"This place did not have good service. We walked in and no one greeted us, there was a couple people setting up the store and they were just walking past us still not acknowledging our presence. Wasn’t a very welcoming feeling. We stood at the cash register to order for about 7minutes before someone even said anything to us. The drinks were not that good.. Chi Tea is way better than this place. Ordered taro smoothies and it tasted very watered down with little flavor. I wouldn’t recommend."

Not only are they over priced but I placed a pickup via Doordash ( which was available to me to select from) and when I went to pick it up, the lady kept saying " we are not integrated with Door dash, we have an account but we never fully setup". We'll, that isn't my problem. So I walked out of the store without my 5 teas I paid for, canceled the order and hopefully the refund gets issued I. 3 days. Though this is closest boba tea to me, im not coming back. Would rather drive to boba heaven in Palos Park"
