"Due to my first visit being a mishap where I ordered caffeine free cocoa and they messed up giving me mocha with lots of caffeine, I left a one star review. Since then, they have remediated it online very quickly and to the fullest and I have been back several times. The staff is friendly and drink combinations are endless. From the fizzes to the smoothies to even the cocoa, everything is full of flavor, delicious and customizable. Highly recommend looking up drink combinations online if you're looking for something specific or just asking a crew member what they enjoy if you're willing to try something out of your realm."

"I’ve always had great experiences at this location and the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. However, today was a bit disappointing, my drink was almost entirely ice, leaving only a few sips of actual beverage. It’s frustrating to pay $8 for a drink and receive so little of it."

"I truly loved 7Brew and expected it to be especially busy over the weekend. There was a bit of a troubling incident where two gentlemen began to fight, but a kind-hearted woman named Maya stepped in and did her best to handle the situation with grace. I felt led to help her because the man was very disrespectful to both her and the other gentleman. Despite everything, she was so sweet and even apologized for the inconvenience, though she had done nothing wrong! I gave her a little Pokémon pin as a small token of encouragement and gave some to the other workers also. What a sweet angel she is, and she even recommended the most delightful blondie! Everyone is amazing and sweet!"

"They didn’t put any coffee in my coffee. For 2 small drinks it was $11 and this one is literally just milk. The drive through situation is also not ideal, there is no way to go around if your order is ready before someone else’s. You also tip before receiving your drink, so I tipped to receive a coffee with 0 coffee in it. Did they not make the drink and realize hey this looks weird. I had already waited a long time, I couldn’t wait longer for a fix. I saw 2 people ahead of me who sent their drinks back. I think more training is required"

"Coffee is phenomenal and staff is super nice, but I typically wait in line for 15-20 minutes, regardless of whether it’s the week or weekend. Today, it was literally 30 minutes from getting in line to getting my drink. That’s just not worth it. Also, music is way too loud."
