"A welcome addition to Downtown Lombard, Common Grounds Vibe Cafe offers not only delicious beverages, but a space for the community to gather and connect. Jeffery, the owner, was super welcoming and chill, and took time to explain the vision he had for the cafe. I ordered the mocha drink which was out of this world! I highly recommend this coffee shop to those looking for a cozy hangout spot in the neighborhood with excellent coffee. Looking forward to my next visit!"

"Wonderful atmosphere! Brand new to Lombard, the owner Jeffrey is a pleasure to chat with and makes a great mocha, and delicious kolackhies sp? A lending library with a great selection of books of every genre, games, great lighting and seating options, a lovely selection of music on in the background AND chalkboards with chalk and an Art Station stocked with supplies round out this lovely new comfy neighborhood spot that I can easily imagine will become a warm friendly hangout this winter. "My new favorite coffeeshop/bookshop/community space! The owner is so sweet and friendly and I LOVE the concept of being a community place to hang out, play games, and make art! The coffee is amazing with some really cool custom drinks-- I thought I didn't like mochas, but turns out I'd just never had a good one until I went to Common Grounds 😆. Really good balance of the chocolate and coffee flavors without being overpoweringly sweet. I want to try all the custom drinks since the ones I've had so far were outstanding. Because they are high-quality and made to order, it does take longer than a big chain coffee shop, but that is 10000% okay with me-- I'd sooo much rather spend my money on a quality coffee made with care than a fast, low-quality one. I'm going to come back as often as I can!"

"This is one of those coffee shops you know keeps a community alive and thriving. The owner was super helpful and welcoming. The decor, vibes, activity options at this cafe are phenomenal. So personable and a place I would love to sit down and enjoy my coffee with books and games with friends and family unlike other places that feel very grab and go. And the macchiato and chai were definitely the best I’ve had in Lombard. Highly recommend especially to bring kids and make a trip out of it!"
