"I just visited the Gloria Jeans in Yorktown and wanted an iced latte (one of the flavors of a chilled) but requested it be over ice. At first the barista said no, and then she clarified and said they could do that. She then asked me how many shots of espresso i wanted. I don’t know what the standard amount is? I’m not often asked that. She also charged for $2 for this drink to be made over ice when it’s just an iced latte? Maybe i explained what i wanted incorrectly but why am i paying over $10 for a drink when it should’ve been closer to $7. I didn’t say anything because it’s not worth arguing with someone that doesn’t understand. Disappointed because i like the coffee and drinks here!"

"Menu is confusing as heck - I almost walked out because I was overstimulated. Additionally, I was charged $11 for a medium iced latte.. when I questioned the barista, she pushed back. I ordered an iced latte (medium iced biscoff latte to be exact).. I was charged for a biscoff chiller & had a $2 upcharge for it to be an iced drink. This is absolutely criminal & the barista acted like she could not be bothered. I told her she was lucky I was using my corporate card because no one else would use their own money on an $11 medium iced latte. Definitely a register training moment needing to happen."

"Pretty quiet walking in. There were 2 people behind counter. One woman and one man. The man seemed way too impatient as I was looking through the menu. Never had Gloria Jean's before so I took my time. I chose Pistachio Chiller. I thought it would have been at least green as it shows on the picture.....the woman told me it's because it's got coffee in it. After I paid Man didn't hand me receipt, instead drop it in front of me over counter. Just rude."

"The coffee was fine, but $8 for a black ice coffee is just too much for something that costs so little to make and time to prepare. Again the coffee wasn’t bad, but with those prices definitely not worth it IMHO."

"Just purchased a pumpkin spice latte which the barista initially made for a small size latte when I had actually ordered a medium sized latte. Instead of remaking it with the correct measurements of ingredients, she just steamed together some extra milk and coffee and added it to the cup to make it a regular size. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but I can barely taste any of the pumpkin spice flavoring and instead it tastes just like hot steamed milk. Kinda disappointed as this use to be my go to place for coffee all the time but the quality is not what it use to be."
