"My friends and I have visited this hookah bar more than 20 times and have been consistent, loyal customers. Unfortunately, tonight was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at any establishment. As regulars, we know the pricing well. This time, we were misled and overcharged, and when we brought it up, it wasn’t handled honestly. At that point, it stopped being about the money and became about principle and integrity. Losing the customers trust over a small situation is disappointing, especially after the amount of business we’ve brought here over time. Because of how this was handled, we won’t be returning. It’s frustrating to see a place lose loyal customers over something that could have been resolved with transparency. I hope management reflects on how situations like this are handled, because long-term customers are far more valuable than a short-term upsell."
