"When you walk in the door the feel is somewhat nostalgic. The personality of the staff is great and the Vibe is warm. No screens, no automation, just people having conversation in a Coffee shop like it was meant to be. We had the Dubai Chocolate Latte & the Gingersnap Latte both hot but you can get them iced if you prefer. Both of the Latte's had all of the flavor expected and the presentation was point on. We chose to get a Pecan Sticky Bun to snack on with the coffee and it was great. The booth seeting is very comfy and the staff is very knowledgeable of the product. This is the first time I have heard of Cake in a jar but after seeing it, It absolutely makes sense. Most of our interaction was with Humera and she was very pleasant and passionate about the business. We will be back and I would suggest if you have not been in here yet, you should stop in."

"First time at the Sweet Reserve Café with my wife and it is such a cozy little spot! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time with a good cup of coffee. Their bakery items are fresh and delicious — the pastries taste homemade and pair perfectly with their rich, smooth coffee. Service is friendly and attentive, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. Overall it’s a wonderful café that’s definitely worth visiting!"

"Had never experienced a halal bakery before but definitely now glad that I can say I have because this bakery was delightful. We ordered savory items to eat in house and treats for the hotel as well as to bring home to our kids. The twisted bread hot dog was absolutely phenomenal in flavor and texture. We got a couple of the cake jars for treats later during our trip to Illinois, and a bunch of cakesicles to bring home to our kids in Minnesota. All of the treats were incredibly lip smacking tasty, and the cakesicles were huge for the price and so decadent in the best way. We would love to come back next time we come to Illinois. Service was also outstanding making our first experience here one of the best we've ever had at a new bakery."

"What an absolute gem! I stopped in while my son had a football game nearby and I’m so glad I did. The staff was super friendly, the vibe was great, and the food options were tempting. I tried the chicken croissant (so good!), a chocolate croissant and the Dubai chocolate croissant (had to compare both, no regrets), and washed it down with an iced pumpkin cinnamon oat chai latte. Everything was delicious—this place is a must-visit!"

"Nice cafe with beautiful interiors. The food and drinks were great as well. However, one thing that took away my appetite was seeing a staff member eating her dinner at the front counter near the cash register not something you’d expect at an aesthetic café like this."
