It is a gambling place that calls itself a café on Maps. Not to mention in the title image they provide there is no hint that its a gambling joint, just a cute little coffee shop."

"Walked in with my wife on a Saturday evening around midnight. Girl working there is sitting at the tables doing something on her phone. I ask if I could please get a Vanilla Latte, to which I'm told that she just started working there a Month ago and didn't know how to use the machine and that she thinks that they don't even make those even if she did. I look up at the Menu on the wall and ask for a Cappuccino, and am told they don't make those either. I try to calmly point out that it's literally up on the menu in front of me, and she says "People usually just come here for alcoholic drinks while they play the machines in back." In short, I left and will never go back. Quite simply."
