"I hate to give this type of review to a place I would vouch for. I was a everyday customer since they opened. And absolutely loved their coffee and food. But I really feel ever since they opened a second location the quality has declined tremendously. Maybe it's a new bean they use, or just the staff. Another thing is the prices. As a business owner I fully understand but that shouldnt effect the consistency and quality of your coffee. I got a cold brew and a bacon egg and cheese panini, no side fruit. And it was a few cents off 18 dollars, and it would've been nice if the prices were posted. But 8-9 for a drink and for a sandwich is a bit far fetched, especially for a location like metropolis. And before writing this review I tried both locations and metros twice, the cold brew was overly sweet and the latte I got was very watery and weak I couldn't drink it."

"Cute bakery and coffee cafe next to the superman statue! Staff were kind and the drink I got (The Kelley Green) was delicious! Stop by if you have a minute before getting back on the road!"

"If there was a way to give a negative star, that would have been my choice. The new owner is rude, smug and absolutely full of himself. Sissy's was a weekly stop for me and my kids. They love the pastries and hot chocolate. And let's face it, their products are not cheap. You could estimate $20-$30 a week for me and my 2 children. Id say I grab lunch from there 2-3 times a month. BUT after the dealings Ive had with the new owner, I'll never darken their door again or any other establishment they have in Paducah. Beautifully Odd Coffee and More has fantastic coffee, and at a reasonable price and I know how to bake."

"Sissy’s used to be a wonderful place to go that greeted you with a smile and welcomed you like family. Since the new owners have taken over, they’ve berated the community, doxxed negative reviews on their Facebook page, and have just outright been rude to loyal regular customers - all because they feel they are “better” than the community to which they serve. The food and beverages WERE wonderful, but I can’t bring myself to return to an establishment that is rude to its customers and makes fun of them on social media. I’m all about shopping local, but the out-of-town owners isolated themselves by talking down to a loyal community. Profiting off of a company’s name but offering sub-par service and a less-than-satisfactory customer experience will inevitably close its doors."

"The new owners are extremely unprofessional. Blasting individuals for leaving bad reviews and essentially saying that customers must not know good coffee. I myself left a comment and it was deleted and then I was blocked from their public Facebook page. These new owners could use some classes on how to run a business. Sometimes you will get negative reviews. Learn from it, grow from it. Don’t respond in a childish way. I will not be going to any of their locations and supporting them in any way. Save your money and head down to Beautifully Odd right down the road."
