"Just not very good donuts. Oil tastes old. It smelled heavily of coffee and or smoke inside the shop. We got a buttermilk bar, an old-fashioned, a chocolate frosted, a cinnamon roll, and a few others None were great. The buttermilk bar was probably the best of the lot, but I wouldn’t order it again. This was the second donut shop we tried in the Quad city area, and Hurts Donuts is WAY better."

"Workers are very kind and even made a cinnamon sugar donut for me, but I will have to say that these are some of the worst donuts I've ever had and I had to go to another donut shop to get better ones. I, as well as my family, were very disappointed in the product. We tried probably 6 different donuts and they were all very bad."

"Love these doknuts been getting them from here for over 40 years. Top down the best donuts 🍩 in town!!! Coffee is also pretty good use to be better honestly when they used good Kona coffee and gave free refills. The store is still vintage and could use a facelift but they are always open always staffed and have the best donuts 🍩"
