"I was looking for sandwiches and coffee near me and stumbled upon this hidden gem. I had the pistachio croissant, a pistachio latte, and the pesto salami/prosciutto/mortadella panini and all items were incredible. I initially wanted a chicken pesto panini, but they ran out an hour before they closed, so I recommend getting there earlier (at least on a weekday) if you’re looking for more options. Needless to say, the owner gave a recommendation for what he could do and it did not disappoint. Aside from the food, the top notch service and presentation made for an all around wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back again soon!"

"the lattes aren’t too sweet and come in a pretty big size! the truck was soooo cute and nicely decorated. we ordered a pistachio latte, biscoff latte, pistachio croissant, and an Italian salami panini. definitely coming back here again! service was excellent too— thank you! the owners greeted us with a warm smile despite the cold temperatures outside and was extremely kind. I’m going to bring all my friends here!"

"Visited this place a while back on a weekend morning and enjoyed the experience! There's a lot of parking where the food truck is located and I recommend parking close to the truck. I ordered an iced pistacio latte and a pistachio croissant. Coffee had a great, rich, and balanced taste and there were pistachio nuts added in the drink. The croissant was to die for, flaky with a flavorful and creamy filling. The filling tasted like a pistachio cream cheese filling and if only I could get a jar of that filling it was so divine! Staff were really nice and the owner was there when I visited. Super nice, down to earth guy and they also drive the truck to different local events as well. They also had different panini sandwiches that you could order while they are technically lunch items, I was told that I could still order a sandwich if I'd like. Definitely recommend others stop by and I'd definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area. It'd be nice to try a different drink or one of the sandwiches."

"First time coming here, ordered a hazelnut iced latte and a pistachio croissant! To emphasize how great the coffee was, I would go here over Starbucks any day. The pistachio croissant’s filling was rich and flavorful as well. Will come here again! The owner was super kind as well, he gave me a free water bottle to go on my way. 😊"

"Ya’ll!! Stop the train! I’m a hardcore coffee snob and super picky about my caffeine! We’re on vacation and wanted to try a truly local coffee shop. Luckily I stumbled across Pieno Coffee Trailer! We drove past several commercial coffee chain shops to try Pieno’s and OMMMMGGGGG! In all of my travels, this ratcheted straight up to my TOP 5! Not only is it local, they have the most unique coffee flavors AND croissants!! I had the pistachio iced coffee and matching pistachio croissant. I was today years old when I had my first croissant with pistachio butter cream—a deliciously delightful pistachio butter laced with chopped pistachios throughout. The owner was super friendly, helpful and patient (it was hard to decide which flavors to try). The Nutella croissant had whole hazelnuts throughout and the Biscoff croissant had a Biscoff crumbles, cream AND was topped with a Biscoff cookie! My advice is to definitely stop by this cute little trailer, pick ANYTHING take a seat before you take your first bite—be sure to close your eyes when you do so that you can experience the multitude of flavors and crunchy textures dancing on your palette! Would we go there again? YES! Would we try other items on the menu? Definitely!! Thank you, Pieno’s for making the first morning of our vacation truly delightful and delicious! We’ll see you again before we leave!!😍😍😍"
