What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"We visited for the first time today and were immediately impressed by how clean the facility is. The staff was friendly during check-in and while taking our food order. What sets this place apart is the layout; it’s a wonderful space where you can actually enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat while keeping a clear eye on your kids. It’s a huge win to be able to relax on a couch instead of having to climb through cramped play structures! The playroom is "super cute" with a decent variety of toys, though our toddler spent the entire time on the ride-on vehicles. The caramel macchiato was good, and the fact that there are snacks you can buy is great. Sucks that you can't bring your own food or drinks, but completely understandable. Overall, a fantastic low-stress, and open concept environment for both kids and parents. Highly recommend! EDIT: Our first visit must have been a unicorn because this play area is lot busier and messier than our first experience. Unfortunately, our recent (third) visit was a major letdown. Despite three visits, no one ever mentioned a rewards program; I only discovered it on my second visit via the coffee terminal. I was told 'no' when I asked if they could credit my first two visits, and when I inquired again today, the front desk worker, Daniela, was passive-aggressive and visibly annoyed that we asked to speak with a manager. It’s especially disappointing because the business has a clear history of our visits on file, yet they can't seem to link them to our rewards account. After the manager kindly offered to check with the GM, Daniela singled my husband out to remove his shoes while still at the front desk, despite others walking to tables in boots and others in the main play area ignoring 'no food or drinks' signs. Just disappointed in this interaction, which ruined the whole mood of our family day out."
"My son had his 3 years old birthday party here. The decorations and table staging are amazing. Got so many compliments. All the kids loved the playground. All the parents and guests enjoyed the food and coffees, and because kids are free playing in the safe area, they were able to chat and relax as well. Highly recommended!!"
"We have been coming here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. I love that our girls Have grown into everything you can do here. The chicken sandwich and pizza is phenomenal. The play areas are clean. And the Playplace is modern which we love. Definitely recommend for infants and toddlers! It’s one of our favs."
"Our first time here and we will certainly be back! We tried the super green smoothie and the chicken flatbread - both absolutely delicious! My daughter (2yo) could have stayed and played all day. The facility was very clean and comfortable, we especially loved the couches. We came between 4-6 on a Wednesday and it was not crowded yet still the perfect amount of kids for my daughter to play with. We will absolutely be back!"
"Great atmosphere, big, clean, plenty to do for kids on the move! They have a good variety of snacks and a small menu with food options for lunch. There was also a lot parking available and not over crowded either. Would definitely recommend!!!"
"This review is for the experience of the playroom (I don't have a good gauge of the food from the cafe). I brought my daughter here to attend a birthday..."
