"I would like to be very forward about my feedback...there is a tall gentleman with glasses who appears to be a supervisor who is very rude to me but makes it a point to hit on my partner... I ignored it and continued ordering my espresso here.... Then there was a day a few girls rang me up and misgendered me, I have a deep voice and a mustache with my pronouns on my work uniform...so either they are assuming and not paying attention or it was on purpose. Not here to figure it out.... Finally, there was a short kid with red hair that was rude to me for gossip related reasons (the kids in the mall all talk) I am a retail manager that has no issue with making eye contact, setting boundaries and telling people when they are being inappropriate...if that is why I am being given rachet customer service....it needs to stop. It does not kill you to smile and say have a good day... I promise. Just like the times I have politely sold items to these kids when they shop at my store. Which I now do not have to."
