"Decided to stop in on a Monday night after having dinner across the street. This location was hopping! Service was extremely fast as long as you knew what you wanted to order. Many delicious handcrafted flavors to choose from. Prices are a little higher than normal but worth every penny! I tried their small hot fudge sundae minus the nuts with double chocolate brownie ice cream. Delicious! They have indoor and outdoor seating available. A great way to spend a summer night in downtown Northbrook."

"This past August marked the very 1st time trying a Graeter's location and was a pleasant experience. Located in the heart of lovely downtown Northbrook, the locals are lucky to have this very limited ice cream chain. I can only imagine that the high-end brand does battle with the likes of Oberweis, Coldstone and Chocolate Shoppe venues. It was one of the last few warm days in August and we were sorta in the area so I figured it was about time to try something new for the kids. Excellent-tasting high quality ice cream and everybody enjoyed. Still reasonable prices in a squeaky clean atmosphere with superior service. If ever in the area again, will definitely stop in! I wish a prosperous & successful future for the owner(s)."

"Management was very helpful navigating the menu to avoid allergens. (Thanks Josh!) They were very popular tonight, but kept the line moving through quickly. They offer fresh scooped or by the pint. The ice cream was tasty and there was plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather."
