"I love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy and the coffee is so good. However, the customer service was lacking today. I ordered a wrap. The food descriptions are not listed anywhere except a menu that is behind the counter. I inquired about the sundried tomato wrap. It is a sundried dressing that is mayonnaise based. I opted for the Turkey BLT with no mayonnaise and a cold brew pumpkin patch with almond milk. As I was waiting for my wrap, I realized that the girl who took my order did not tell the person (shorter, curly hair and wears a bandana) who was making my order no mayonnaise. I did not catch it in time and she had to remake the sandwich. No big deal. Here is where the customer service was lacking. It is not that the mistake was mad; it is how the mistake is handled. The person making the sandwich was clearly annoyed and her body language and attitude became flippant. When she handed me the sandwich, she said "Have a blessed day." Sounds sweet, right? Nope. Have you heard a Southern Women tell someone "Bless You" when they were angry? I encourage the owners to review the cameras if they have audio around 11:30am today (Friday, October 31st.) It is so frustrating to take the brunt of someone else's mistake."
