"This place was so warm in a comforting way with the cozy lights, greenery and boho/chic aesthetic. The service was amazing, they asked questions and sat us down right away. There was 0 issues and the workers were fast and efficient. I personally loved the caramel pie 10/10. The workers had good energy and were very accommodating. The menu has a wide variety of dishes for everyone! Definitely check out the desserts! I will be coming again."

"Tres fancy. Tres chic. The menu is small but great, and the drink menu is original. Definitely a fun, classy place for brunch! Drinks: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mexican cold brew could be a little spicier, but all the drinks were so good! Egg, bacon, cheddar: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whoever is on their eggs has a strong egg game. Light, fluffy, delicious. This sandwich was top tier, especially with their Sriracha aoili Ham & cheese croissant: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also top tier. I almost ordered another to take home Hashbrowns: ⭐⭐ I almost didn't get these based off the pics, but figured I'd give them a shot anyway. They looked amazing but were tough, dry, and flavorless. "Beatrix-Oakbrook-- just like any other restaurant operated by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises-- is nothing short of amazing! I came here a few days ago on a field trip with students from my Advanced Culinary Arts/ Mini Restaurant class and the Beatrix Team led by Terry and Megan were very hospitable! The first thing that will catch your eye the second you walk through the door is the glass showcase of desserts baked fresh, in-house every morning! I especially appreciate that Beatrix does not waste any food and as part of this effort, they sell these baked goods for $2 after 8 PM to clear the case. Now that's a good deal! While the desserts offered at Beatrix-- i.e Oh My! Caramel Pie, Tall Dark & Handsome Chocolate Cake, Lemon Burst Cookie-- certainly stole the show, the entire lunch was perfect from start to finish. I personally ordered a honey cinnamon latte and tuna poke bowl entree and both were 5/5 solid menu choices, though the honey could have been better incorporated into the espresso so it doesn't pool to the bottom of the cup. All of the appetizers we got to sample were also great, but I would personally recommend the cornbread (SO GOOD with the maple glaze) and chicken meatballs as my favorites. And the service was definitely outstanding. My students and I came 10 minutes before our lunch reservation but we were still greeted warmly by the host and were seated at our table a few minutes early. Despite the restaurant clearly being busy and the fact that we were a party of 8, Terry, Megan, and the rest of the Beatrix team were patient, efficient, and professional throughout the service. They made my students and I feel welcome to Beatrix since it was our first time, and we were on this trip to learn about customer service skills and hospitality, which the students will then implement in our class dining room. The Beatrix team was aware of this information and routinely checked in on us, gave us a tour of the dining room, and the managers came to speak to the students about opportunities in the industry. Terry also gave the students some tips and shared important skills that front of house staff demonstrate on a daily basis when serving guests. The overall experience was very educational and delicious. We truly had a wonderful experience throughout, and I am so grateful for the Beatrix team to have accommodated this field trip and attend to every one of our needs so graciously throughout. I will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Excellent space had a wait a bit as the place was full ordered food and the taste was amazing. The waffles were average otherwise all the other food items including mushroom burger, fried chicken burger were amazing. Enchiladas were also amazing. The fresh juice bar and coffee bar was also amazing."
