"I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was AMAZING. The service was quick and the location was clean and welcoming. I am docking stars because of the unclear pricing. I checked the menu on the Google Reviews before going to this location to see what size drinks they offered. The menu indicated they offered two sizes, medium and large. When I went in the store, they had the sizes on display and I saw they offered a third, smaller size. This was the size I ordered. The price of the smallest size was not listed but a customer can assume that a small (16 oz) would be cheaper than a medium (24 oz). After payment, I realized that the smallest size was the SAME PRICE as the medium size. I wish I noticed this sooner, but I’m hoping this review helps someone else recognize this discrepancy before purchasing. Why get the smallest size when you can a bigger size for the same price? If I return, I will be sure to watch the prices very closely."

"Took my girls here for some boba which they love. I didn't want to drive all the way to China town and this place was super cute. The art was bright the place was inviting and a cute setting. The girls enjoyed their time."

"My girls love boba heaven and I enjoy buying them this treat about every week. The only reason I’m not giving better review is their buyers card program is absurd. They give you one card punch for 4 drinks purchased at $30. If I purchase 4 drinks individually they will give me four punches the way it should be. Even greedy starbucks gives me credit for all the drinks I purchase at one time. Purchased four drinks individually paid cash one day got four punches. Went the next day and bought four drinks at once due to the line and didn’t want to hold up people behind me. I got one punch. This makes the business unenjoyable to my wallet and common sense."
