"I got the masala chai. It was good, but tasted watered down? I don’t think it was sweetened, which is okay because I don’t care for sweetened chai. Something was missing from it. Anyway, the place is very cozy and chill. After I ordered my drink, I went to the restroom. The room was a bit gross. It had a sour smell and the toilet seat had poop bits on it. I think it was that way due to a previous customer, but after an hour it still wasn’t cleaned. The whole time I was there the stench of the bathroom stayed in senses and I couldn’t get the image of the poopy bits on the toilet out of my mind. The bathroom is probably not like that all of the time, I don’t know. This was my first time visiting. I probably won’t come again, but I had a good time reading my book and drinking chai."

"I was very surprised with this awesome chilled spot, amazing drinks, food and people. When you walk in you’re greeted with friendly staff member. This cafe seems to be Indian inspired, they have this unique Kashmiri latte which my wife tried and she is in LOVE with this drink!!!!! I had an amazing double espresso, pulled just right. Was tempted by the samosa, will be back. Very pleased with the pricing."

"This coffee shop was excellent. The ambiance was excellent and the staff was polite and the place was extremely clean. Ordered honey bear latte, vanila caramel latte, cherry danish and samosas. The samosas were amazing."

"If you want to experience a great customer service, you need meet Zoomie (her pic below). I have been a frequent customer at the Wise Cup for the past four years. Wise Cup staff has been the best and one of the reasons I always come back. I am a customer service person, as I work with it. Therefore, I value and appreciate an exceptional customer service. Yes, the food is great, coffee is delicious, tea leaves are also a nice touch with an inviting atmosphere. But a bad customer service, people would not come back. Wise Cup has it all. I am just a regular customer and as today is the day to show gratitude more than other days. I am here to wish Wise Cup staff a wonderful Thanksgiving.
