"This is a down home diner. I got the meat lovers scrambler and she got the bagel sandwich. Ham is phenomenal but everything is. We got the loaded hash browns and they were the best hash browns I’ve ever had. We got a slice of French toast it was incredible. Wanted to go back for a hand ground burger today but we didn’t have time sadly. I suck at names but the waitress was great but we interacted with many and they were all friendly"

"Just flew in on a red eye and found this gem of a joint for breakfast. Let's just say i was not disappointed! Food was excellent, all employees were super friendly. I had the Mac's skillet. I highly recommend eating here and will definitely come back next time im in chicago.Chicago. It is a cash only establishment and they have an atm right as you walk in."

"Great service and the staff knew nearly everyone who came in by name. The food was great. I had the meat lovers omelette with hash browns. Tasted amazing and the home made salsa gave it even more flavor. I walked in and got seated at the bar right away. 2 minutes later I found what I wanted and placed my order and about 3 minutes after that my food was placed in front of me. The place was packed and the food came out very fast for a full restaurant. I’ll be coming back for sure. The restaurant is cash only. They do have an ATM for a $2.75 fee to withdraw cash."

"This place is a hidden gem! My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and we are so happy we did. The owner was awesome, he had me try the soup, it was delicious!!! Didn’t even need to add salt or pepper! All of our food was cooked perfect, came out fast and tasted great. The food is fresh, which is what sets them above any breakfast restaurant I’ve been too. I love the welcoming family owned feel this place has. We sat at the counter, where you can see the food being cooked, the servers grabbing drinks and the owner cashing people out. Our server was very nice and made sure we were taken care of! Made good conversation and she recommended their homemade salsa, definitely a must try! Thank you for the great experience and great breakfast. Every single employee and the owner were extremely nice and friendly! This will be my go to breakfast spot when we visit Chicago!"
