"I went in today to order a meal, a jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli. Instead of steamed broccoli, I was given raw broccoli in a bag with a scoop of butter on top. I was honestly very annoyed, as this is not what I paid for. It felt unprofessional, and because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others."

"The young lady, Cam, who took my order was very respectful, kind, and accommodating. This was our first time and Cam explained options for what we were wanting thoroughly. The food was still hot when we got it home. It was delicious as well. The wait was a bit long, but it was worth the wait and the free cookie Inn the bag was a nice addition."

"McAllister’s rolled out the red carpet for us at lunch! The service was impeccable - so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The salad’s were fantastic and no one can beat the tea! Several staff members came by our table to make sure everything was outstanding. It was quite fabulous, the entire lunch experience! We will definitely return very soon! You should go too!"

"We came during a big T-Mobile giveaway event. While the management failed to adequately staff or order enough extra roast beef, everyone there handled the chaos with a positive attitude and a heart of service. Sarah greeted us right away when we came in and kept checking on everyone as the orders were being prepared. Other frontline staff were attentive to our needs when we realized we wanted silverware, even with so many people still waiting on their food. I was also most appreciative of the fact that they offered a substitute for the sandwich when the main ingredient of the deal had run out. This is great customer service in the face of a lot of stress and frustration! I would highly recommend McAlister’s!"
