"I LOVE their toasted white chocolate mocha (hot). However, when I order a large and recieve what other coffee shops in the area consider a medium or even a small, it reminds me why I dont frequent Wink's more often. The price is higher than other coffee shops as well. I always expect them to have larger cups every time I have gone (3 times since they opened) but alas, they still have small coffees. "I messaged Wink's via their social media page to let them know the girls were friendly, but I noticed that my drink had been made incorrectly once I got to work and started to drink it. It took 4 days for a response. I was then told they would review cameras & was questioned why I felt it was not sugarfree and after "I got to work." A little excessive over one drink. I spent over $9 for one drink on this particular trip! I usually stop by 2x per week. The lack of customer service I received from the person managing this was not very professional! I finally gave up and told them to just forget about it as I never heard back. I'll stick with Carter's going forward!"

"I just bought a hot drink at Winks this morning. I normally go to Carter's but was so excited to find a coffee shop that wasn't out of my way for work, so I decided to give it a go. my first impression, the coffee itself is okay. Not great, not terrible just... There. They charge almost two dollars more for a hot large drink than the other coffee shop I go to, and the size is about half of the large at my normal place. It wasn't a terrible experience but I probably won't be back. The price for the quality AND size is honestly almost funny. Hope you guys have great business ventures in the future, you're just not for me."
