"Sad being a retired firefighter/medic I thought I give the coffee and the apparel a try especially for mystery shirts going for 5$ a pop. Well I received 2 of the same exact shirt and when I asked their customer service I was told that is what they had in stock, even though all the shirts were available or just return for a full refund. Anyway kept them learned a lesson and the medium roast bean blend. Nothing that really stands out Dunkin and death wish have comparable tastes so leave it at that. Lesson learned. So just get one shirt and enjoy the never ending emails to keep ordering ! As of 1/20 someone with a little more power , reviewed the complaint I had and refunded the monies for the tee shirts. Coffee still stands on taste and cost. Be safe"

"My favorite blend...Black Cherry Bourbon. It is a treat several times a year. Recently took part in the $5 Mystery Shirt promo. Bought several sizes over the course of 3 orders for holiday gifts. Sadly, 3 did not ship along with a tumbler. Not a common issue with FDC. Stephanie w/customer service offered an awesome resolution. Stephanie was awesome, professional, timely and compassionate. I will be back for another cup of coffee!"
