"Very Slow drive thru on 11/17/25. Only two girls working the line with 14 cars at 8:15AM. Can’t figure out why I am tipping someone before I get something if the service is going to be bad. If the service was great and I was not waiting then I can see it being justified. However, taking way too long for 2 drinks. Over a 12 minute wait."

"I absolutely love going here. Every single time I go here, everyone taking my order and delivering my drinks are just the nicest people. I tend to look inside the building while waiting for my drinks and it's refreshing to see workers laughing and talking to each other. They also have very large pup cups. Shout out to the worker who stood by my window and watched my dog enjoy hers while we had a nice conversation while she waited on my drinks to be made. she even offered to get her another pup cup and it was so thoughtful."
