"I’m unsure why the rating for this Starbucks is so low. From first impressions it’s exceptionally clean and quiet. The barista working tonight was extremely friendly and polite. I had a matcha latte and a chocolate chip cookie, both tasted great. Plenty of seating area for studying. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who’s looking for a place to study. I will definitely be coming back."

"Came up to the counter and my Dad was having a hard time reading. When he brought it up, both baristas told him to complain to the corporate instead. I even saw the same ones giving an old couple a hard time. Staff should be trained how to properly interact with guests and fix their font."
