Instead of being light and moist, the textures were noticeably dry, suggesting they may have been sitting in the display for too long. When a customer orders a slice of cake, they are looking for that "baked today" indulgence, and unfortunately, the current quality feels more like "day-old" inventory. A Note for the Management There is so much potential here because the foundation—the coffee and the service—is already excellent. To truly elevate the experience, focusing on inventory management is essential. By tightening the rotation or baking in smaller, more frequent batches, Sayfani could ensure that the food quality matches the excellence of the owner’s hospitality. "I love coming here! I’ve already been here 3 times. The first time, I got a latte with chocolate cake. The second time, a white mocha with a spinach pastry. And the third, a white mocha and I shared some of my companions’ tea, strawberry pastry, and chicken schwarma wrap. Everything was delicious! And the vibe is so calming. The cafe is beautiful. It’s the perfect place to meet with friends or come and do some work or reading."

"Today is 9/1/2025. Sayfani is a Yemeni coffee and dessert place. Yemeni cafes are a current trend. The coffee and desserts are yummy and unique and good quality. The most excellent part is the place is so beautiful with super high gloss marble tables and floors, and it's very bright in here, so it's very pleasing. I love how they decorated the interior with lots of creative lights and it stays super spotless as a cleaning staff goes around and make ms sure everything is spotless and shiny. Even the waiting room area of the outside to come inside is beautiful and spotless. It is super clean and beautiful. This place Only opened it up about ten days ago. They added all these high gloss marble miles, and high gloss marble table tops so, they will be able to maintain this cleanliness for a very long time. It's so aesthetically beautiful and the seats are so comfortable, but I would love to enjoy being here every day if I could. Bathrooms are gender neutral. Beautiful and clean and has a high class cafe feel experience bc of the decor and furniture and private room if you reserve it."

I’ve also heard from regulars that their Spanish lattes are some of the best in town, so that’s next on my list to try. What really stood out beyond the food and drinks were the thoughtful amenities. Sayfani has a designated prayer area, which makes it a unique and welcoming spot for the community. They even provide sinks outside the restrooms to wash your hands, showing how much they’ve thought about convenience and comfort for guests. Overall, Sayfani Coffee House is more than just a café — it’s a place that brings together quality, hospitality, and community.
