"We were traveling to Springfield & we stopped @ star 66 café for Breakfast & we had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely marvelous & our Waitress Mrs. Julie was absolutely amazing. She made us feel right at home & made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our breakfast. She kept the coffee coming good and hot & Her service was wonderful & we love the old school Atmosphere..Thank You Mrs. Julie & God Bless 🙏🏾🙏🏾"

"This place is a very good place to eat! They will be open during sun rain and even snow I can't believe you would even have to post that these days, but today was the first time that I have had their breakfast and it was excellent! I had originally planned on going to a place that I generally go to to have breakfast it's about a mile down the road from this place. But I guess nowadays if you get a little bit of snow in a state that always gets snow in modern times what's some of these businesses or so-called 🤦 you just shut down for the day but thankfully this place was open and now is my number one go to spot best breakfast in Springfield can I have a new customer that has been a long time customers at local establishments that decided to close down today and their customers have found new places that's even better such as this great place! Awesome jobs to the owner the management and the team of cooks and waitresses that make sure they're there to provide an excellent food & service! Much respect!"

"Place wasnt very clean. Food was ehh. Salad came with one thick cut cucumber and a thick cut tomato. No egg no radish nothing special. I ordered a chopped steak sandwich. Steak is not chopped at all. Plates were chipped. I went thirsty because I didnt get a straw with my water. Somewhere id go drunk so im not so picky ig."

"Food was good including the steak which surprised me being at a truck stop don’t understand what was up with the onion rings on the steak but ok. the cheese cake was outstanding. The reason I’m leaving 3 stars was cause I was disappointed at the salad it was just lettuce huge chunk of tomato and cucumber I’m use to having a house salad with a lot more than just that like shredded cheese maybe or maybe not eggs radishes just something more than just a chunk of tomato and huge chunk of cucumber. I’ll probably be back again but won’t order the salad ever again. I got loaded mashed potatoes which was good after I put a lot of pepper and salt on then had to seasoned my own food but after that it was good just the salad I had to send back cause I refuse to pay for a salad like that"

"Our first time there tonight and deffinitely won't be the last! Jacob our server was phenomenal and very attentive. Food portion was huge and delicious! We left so full! The whole staff was super friendly and on point. A hidden gem in Springfield! Great family vibe."
