"I'm not sure if this covers all fortunes but I useto frequent the carpentersville location. There was a great staff there , but not any more. I rarely go the older man does not put the music on and sleeps constantly . There are only one of the old staff I see a young man Ryan, he's nice and very friendly , but the others are terrible . I only go rarely because they do stay open later than the other ones. I don't think I will go back ."

"I just discovered this place today thanks to a mail ad with coupons I found in my mailbox today and WOW am I glad I stopped by! What a great little hidden gem so close to home! The staff is incredible, the woman helping me when I walked in was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. And you can’t beat the drink prices! Got myself a bottle of Coors for only $2! Small cozy place with a great vibes, a few machines, and just my style. My only disappointment was not having more cash and time to spare tonight! 10/10, grateful for the mail ad and the spur of the moment decision to check it out. I will definitively be back and recommending! Keep being awesome!"

"Place if very pretty, staff is friendly. The only thing I don’t like is that every time we want to use the Slot machine that says VIP we can’t because every time is on reserved. Was told that friend of the owner reserve that machine & the down part on that it’s that lady that reserve the machine also plays other machine so she’s holding it for nothing. That’s the downside & my main reason I stop going there. And I’m pretty sure other people don’t like that either"
