"I was at Tracy's this last Saturday/Sunday, and the employee Ana was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of while I was using a machine! Ana even cleaned the machine right after I was done using it, and she was so kind to everyone in the shop as well. I definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a good time, nice drinks, great snacks, and of course fun machines! Thank you Ana for making my time at Tracy's thoroughly enjoyable! I was only planning on being there for a short period, but the company and environment that Ana endorsed led me to be there for quite a few hours! Will definitely be back, and look forward to seeing Ana again!"

"Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge."
