"We enjoyed an excellent full body Americana and smooth, flavorful latte. The scone was a delightfully light texture and moist. Welcoming atmosphere inside and out. Looking forward to trying the CASK’D bourbon infused beans at home. Highly recommend. If you have time, we enjoyed walking the residential area with their stately, older homes."

"This place is a confusing mess. I've been coming here for years because the coffee is good and different from the other limited local options. The issue is the online ordering system which I frequently use because I'm trying to squeeze it in on a time crunch. A couple years back the system was so bad they occasionally wouldn't even receive the order. Then they changed to what they currently have and I thought it would resolve the issues but they remain. There is a table right outside the door and to my knowledge the drinks are always to be placed there when ready so you can just hop out and grab them. This of course isn't actually stated anywhere online to confirm or let new people know. There is a "curbside pickup" option when ordering that makes things more confusing. It gives you an estimated timeframe for your order to be ready (10-20 min or so) and I will arrive after that timeframe and there will be nothing sometimes for another 10-15 minutes. Other times I will get a text it is ready a couple minutes after I order. If the drinks are inside (which you won't know) you have to go in and stand in line until it's your turn to say I already ordered and they will give it to you. One time I ordered 2 drinks and 1 was outside and 1 was inside! There is no consistency and it seems like the people running things are not familiar with the online ordering process or what they are supposed to do exactly. 3 stars because like I said I think the drinks are good and if you go in the service is typically alright, I just don't understand how something that is supposed to make things more simple is so messed up"
