"Our first time trying Eiffel Waffle and it was sooooo delicious! We Chinese have a popular snack called the egg waffle (雞蛋仔) that is similar to this. It's been our snack for as long as I can remember. And Eiffel Waffle reminds me of that but with delicious ice cream, caramel drizzle, graham crackers and the works. It was so good! We went to pick up but if there were a few seating and cute decorations. Service (Adam) was super nice and we enjoyed our waffles tremendously and will definitely return for more!"

"I had an ice cream date with my daughter for her birthday it was our first time visiting Eiffel waffles in Tinley Park Illinois our service was excellent. The ice cream was great. We will be returning. Also we tell our family members and friends they should come and visit as well."

"I had a good experience at this shop. I received great customer service. The staff were very kind and polite. I ordered a bubble waffle and it was delicious. My only issue with it was the ice cream was dripping on the side of the container it was in as soon as I received it. It created a big mess. Maybe if I had a cup or something or a bowl that would have helped the situation. Other than that I would definitely visit again and try something else. FYI for those with children there is no baby changing table in the bathroom. I think it would be beneficial if the bathroom had a hook on the wall or door to hang your bag or purse while you're in there so you don't have to sit anything on the floor or try to juggle. There is plenty of parking on the side of the building."

"The staff were very friendly and the waffles were made fresh which pair perfectly with ice cream on top, a creative twist on the traditional Hongkongese versions that I've had. However, I could also see that it'd be slow if more customer were to show up as they only had two people working."
