"I hope I’m spelling his name correctly Donovan took my order this morning and his service was phenomenal. He was able to take my order with so much patience and clarity. His voice was also very patient calm and soothing even with the overwhelming amount of cars waiting for their orders to be placed. Hands down the best service that I’ve received at this location and I visit almost daily."

"Used to be speedy and efficient. Now, I get up to the front cause no one’s taken my order and the other line keeps moving. SO ready for dutch bros to be here. EDIT: When I asked for a refund, after watching 3 cars roll up past our line, I was met with laughter, smirks, and the shift lead saying, “We’ve had 20 new hires and we can’t just refund your drinks because it took too long.” and was told that “nobody was laughing” as if their location isn’t full of clear glass."

"Can’t believe I have to leave a negative review but I went today and requested a pumpkin blonde as a chiller and requested caramel drizzle with whipped cream. When they gave me my order it had chocolate drizzle as well. Although they offered to correct this, instead of remaking it, they just took the whipped cream off top and added more and re drizzled with caramel! Once I got home and tasted it, there was still chocolate obviously some went throughout the drink, as someone who’s nearly allergic, this could have really impacted me! I had to immediately spit it out and was very upset! Unfortunately, I will no longer go to the Urbana location!"

"I drove through this location on Sunday, I gave the attendant my card to pay and pulled up to the drink pick up station. There i was met by 2 employees that stated I had to pay. I explained that I had already paid. The 2 of them said it did not go through so reluctantly I gave them my card again. Low and behold the next day 2 charges in my account. I get accidents happen however the troubling part occurs when I attempt to call the location. The phone goes to a corporate office where I left 4 messages. So I tried email as the website suggests-still nothing. So I tried FB messenger. They started a conversation and never got back to me. So I guess I am out an extra 25.00. Lesson learned."
