"Last Thursday after exiting the doctors office nearby I entered this coffee shop to just buy a coffee to go. This is exactly how the conversation went. I asked the guy for a coffee with a little milk and Splenda. Excuse me but I am used to the packet’s not in a glass sugar jar. So I tried to catch him thinking this was regular sugar and he puts the glass container right in my face. He said you see this says Splenda. I have been making coffee for over 30 years. I did not respond even though I have terrible back pain. He then continued and continued to tell me that I was very pushy. Not once but several times. I did not respond even though I wanted to but I did turn around and walk away. I am not from this area, in fact not from this state. I’m sorry when this guy guy says I have been doing this for 30 years. I served my country for 20 years and now I am in the service industry serving and flying customers all over the world. On my worse day, I would never treat or talk to anyone especially a customer like this. I just want fellow visitors to this place to maybe know and think about the values this place projects. I see many seniors visiting this place. But thank god I was bigger than this guy and never responded to him like I wanted to. Would not give this guy the satisfaction. Hope to maybe someday run into him again"
