"Absolutely disgusting service. I asked if they allowed people with dangerous family situations to spend some time at this cafe, and the guy was among the most rude I have ever encountered. While he did say students are able to seek refuge here, he made it seem like we were not welcome and quickly hung up. If this is the service this business has, and this is how it treats those in vulnerable situations, then no one should come here. To the owner, if you are even reading this, this was a shameful display and I truly hope it was an employee and not you who answered that phone. I was just trying to find a cafe that caters to high risk individuals, and this is what I am met with. Disgusting"

"This was one of my favorite spots but honestly I rather go somewhere eles after what I experienced last night the moment I walked in the attendant was so rude I ignored it and continued to play I came in with my friend she went to buy drinks for us and the attendant was rude to her as well and when I went to order some more drinks I had to wait till they finished playing on there laptop to attend me and I was told “ I hit my limit” even though I had 2 drinks total they kept claiming that I had 4 drinks already which led into a argument that they started and they started yelling how they can get fired if they serve more than 4 drinks to a customer and how I had over 4 drinks already and they continued yelling saying “they could get loud because they didn’t care if if they lost there job because they can get unemployment” honestly after they said all that and refused to serve me I walked out and honestly I will NEVER come back here again worst service I ever experienced if I were you go across the street to that slot place they have better service there or Rosie’s down the street avoid this place at all coast."

"I usually go in the mornings and service is amazing but decided to go at night and honestly it was a horrible experience never going back again the attendant was on there laptop the whole time and on a call I would go up to get drinks and would have to wait a long time to get served never going at night again recommend going in the morning instead"
