The lady working had the door locked and looked annoyed because she was sitting at a table on her phone and her personal items spread over the table.. We did not get greeted- we just got asked for our ID. There was not one person there. The place is super modern and cutely set up but owners should be aware of who they hire because it’s clearly ruining business. Will not be back."

"I have been going to Stellas for a few months now and wanted to say I’ve had the best customer relation experience every time I go there especially last night. These two workers made sure they went out of their way to show their hospitality towards us. Always in a good mood and cracking jokes. During the time we are in now it’s hard to find workers that appreciate you as a customer and they do."
"Nice set up in the front of the cafe, a modern look with a table that had chess on it which enticed my friend and I to enter the cafe. With a warm welcome from friendly staff member lady, we proceeded to order coffee in which the sign above advertised it at 99 cents. Mind you that we did NOT come here to gamble, we simply wanted to study at a nice quiet place rather than the loud Starbucks. Thinking this was going to be a nice experience we played chess and found a table to continue our studying and work. The server had excellent service, she was so kind and was very attentive. THEN, what seems to be the manager, a lady walked in and yelled at the woman for making a mistake of not charging us at first. Fine, no problem there, but then she proceeded to talk about how she would ”preferred to have the cafe empty“ while we were sitting right there, she then continued to get mad at the kind lady. Me and my friend felt so uncomfortable that we decided to hurry up our coffee and pay before she fires this lady or makes things worse. I understand maybe this company doesn’t want to put much effort into increasing their “cafe” aspect but I was really considering coming back up until the uncomfortable situation."
