"I can't believe I'm reviewing a cafe in a Regus office building but I have to give props to this little breakfast and lunch place. I was in the neighborhood for healthcare, and googled "breakfast near me" which led me there. Ample free parking, nondescript office building. On the recommendation of others, I had the breakfast burrito and customized it. The service was friendly and upbeat, which was a nice feeling. Burrito was very generous with fillings and also fresh ingredients. And they do give you a free cookie! The owner says they've been in the building for 20 years which is amazing. Note that they are only open Tuesday through Thursday, closed Mondays and Fridays. If I'm back in the area, I'll come for lunch and try something new."

"Eat here a few times per week. Can’t go wrong with any dish, but my favorites are the Breakfast Burrito (the pickled jalapeños they add are a nice touch) and the BLT. Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Price point is very reasonable."
