Guy behind the counter first asked me why it was vertical, I explained, and then this moron says "you can't be in here. it's our policy not to serve vertical licenses." I'm 23."

"Walked in and was treated very poorly. Man behind the counter was rude. Snapped and said he was full, that we couldn't be there. I've been there before and Never, NEVER was told we couldn't be there. I stated we would wait, he raised his voice and told us we had to leave. Will definitely never step back into one of these stores or any of their sister stores. Business owners need to do background checks on their employees and train them better."
