"Just a couple minute drive from the main, Nashville shops, and totally worth stepping off the beaten path. Comfortable and clean environment, spotless bathroom, helpful and kind staff, great drink variety without being overwhelming. Very fair pricing. Enjoyed a blackberry mocha (new to me!) and loved it! Great recommendation by the barista. Also enjoyed a cinnamon roll with maple icing. Bought maple syrup to take home!"

"Atmosphere was 6/5. The chicken salad croissant was amazing. The croissant was rich with flavor, my wife had hers plain without even butter! And the chic salad was very flavorful, and without onions which was a perk for me😁 The Americano was pretty good according to this coffee snob, and the seasonal sweater weather was worth the large. At least at 10am it was a great time to get some work done. Peaceful."

"Scrambled all over brown county looking for coffee and breakfast but every place we stepped in was packed. We finally found this little gem tucked away. THE COFFEE AND BAGELS WERE SO GOOD! I cannot believe that they weren’t more packed with business. Great food, coffee, and atmosphere. They were so welcoming!"

"I had to pick up my new glasses today, which is next door to the Brown County Sugar Shack. My husband rode with me so we could have a quick lunch while we were out. We noticed the Sugar Shack and decided to have our lunch here. What a gem! Wonderful, quiet atmosphere, very quick and friendly service, and really good sandwiches. It was such a welcome surprise when we were anticipating Subway or McDonalds. We don't get to Nashville often, even though we live in Brown County, but we will make the effort to go more often for lunch and maybe even breakfast sometimes."
